Hire Terms

These hire terms apply to all Team Teepee bookings. Full terms — including deposit, cancellation and damage arrangements — are confirmed in writing with every booking before payment.

Bookings & payment

A booking is confirmed once we’ve agreed on the date, package and price in writing and any agreed deposit has been received. Final balances are payable as agreed at booking.

Care of equipment

Our teepees, bedding and styling pieces are cleaned and checked between every hire. We ask that food, drinks and pets are kept away from the setups where practical. Missing or damaged items may incur a replacement charge, which we’ll always discuss with you first.

DIY hire

DIY kits are collected and returned (or dropped off and picked up) at the agreed times. Setup instructions are included — please follow them so everything goes back in the same condition it went out.

Changes & cancellations

Life happens — if you need to move a date, tell us as early as you can and we’ll do our best to reschedule. Cancellation terms are confirmed with your booking.
