What we collect

When you enquire or book, we collect only what we need to run your party: your name, email and phone number, the party date and suburb, how many kids or teepees you need, your theme choice and anything you tell us in your message. The same applies if you contact us by email, Facebook or Instagram instead of the website form.

How we use it

Your details are used to reply to your enquiry, arrange the booking, collection and return, and send you messages about your booking. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for marketing.

Who else handles it

When you submit the enquiry form, your message is delivered to our inbox by an email delivery service, and our website is hosted and looked after for us by JB Digital Barossa, who receive a copy of form enquiries so they can keep the form working reliably. These providers handle your details only to deliver the service — never for their own marketing.

Children & party photos

Our parties are for kids, so we’re careful here. We only share party photos on our social media with the host parent’s or guardian’s permission, and if you’d ever like a photo taken down — before or after it’s posted — just ask and we’ll remove it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking details only as long as we need them to manage your booking and keep basic business records, and we delete them when they’re no longer needed.

Access, correction & complaints

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it — just email us. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, tell us and we’ll do our best to put it right. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
